This position is a key member of the Fab Construction Finance team who oversee multibillion-euro projects and will provide business partnership and financial advice to the Director of Construction for Ireland.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage a staff of 6 to 8 people and be involved in the direct engagement with the FSM and CS Construction Operations.
  • Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, and develop employees.
  • Manage all financial aspects of our capital projects in Ireland
  • Represents the group on financial performance and matters working directly with Corporate Office of the Fab Construction Enterprise.
  • Works closely with other senior executives in formulating future financial strategies for the organisation.
  • Establish annual financial goals for the business and monitor ongoing performance against these objectives.
  • Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation
  • Builds a strong organisation and directs the activities of the construction engineering analysts who provide direct support to various program managers

 

 

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • A degree in finance, construction management or related construction field
  • 10+ years of experience in finance or construction-related field
  • People management

 

Preferred Experience

  • Construction Cost Controls
  • Construction Cost Reporting
  • A proven track record of delivering results
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
