Employers FAQ's

This section provides Employer’s FAQ’s for newly subscribed companies to Jobs365.ie. Please find a list of the most frequently asked questions below. If you are unable to find your question in this list or the answer provided does not resolve your question please do not hesitate to contact us.

Go to www.jobs365.ie. Click the ‘Employer Login’ button.

In the ‘Employer Login’ section, type your email address or username in the ‘Username or Email’ box and type your password in the ‘Password’ box.

Click the ‘Log In’ button.

Go to www.jobs365.ie. Click the Employer button. Click the Employer Login button. In the ‘Employer Login’ section, click the ‘Forget?’ link.

Type your email address into the ‘Email address’ box.

Click the Forgot password button. If the e-mail address you have entered is in our database, your password will be sent to you.

You will receive an email into your mailbox. Click on the link in the email and create a new password.

Once you have created a new password please log into the website to test the new password.

Go to www.jobs365.ie.

Click the ‘Employer’ button and log in with your email or username and password.

In the section ‘Employer Dashbord’, under the profile picture, click ‘Update Image’.

A pop-up window will appear. Browse for your logo and click the Open button. Note your logo needs to be saved on your computer in one of the following image formats: gif, .jpg or .png.

It does not matter about the size. It will be resized correctly when you upload it.

Go to www.jobs365.ie.

Click the ‘Employer button’ and log in with your email or username and password. In the section Employer Dashbord’, under the Profile Picture, click ‘Update Image’.

Go to www.jobs365.ie. Click the Employer Login button. In the ‘Employer Login’ section, type your email address or username in the ‘Username or Email’ box and type your password in the “Password” box”.

Click the Log In button. In the ‘Employer Dashbord’ section, click the Manage jobs button. You will now see a list of job advertisement(s). On the right-hand side of the job advertisement(s) list, click the Edit.

Edit your job advertisement accordingly.

Once you have edited the job advertisement, scroll down to the bottom of the page to preview the job ad, click the Preview job ad link.

Click the ‘Save and Advertise’ button.

A confirmation will appear stating that your job has been posted.
