Job Description


We are currently looking for an enthusiastic professional, results focused Wedding Planner with excellent customer service, motivation, communication and selling skills.

The ideal candidate would possess:

Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar position is essential
Effective sales skills to up-sell our Wedding service
An ability to source, develop and secure new Wedding business for the hotel
Excellent Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Excellent sales and customer care expertise
Effective decision making skills
Strong organisational skills
Establish, enhance and maintain productive quality working relationships with Brides, Grooms and respective parties
Experience on sales data systems
Experience on Opera essential
A strategic view and good understanding of the hotel business in general
Knowledge of Wedding market required
Strong social media experience a must
Full driving licence
