The focus of this hybrid sales role is to support our client by delivering exceptional sales levels through best-in-class planning, sales execution, compliance, and reporting. You will have the flexibility to work both from home and in the field to engage with customers and achieve your agreed sales targets.
As a Sales Executive on behalf of Vodafone, you will live the CPM DNA of, We Care, We’re Curious and We Achieve Together, and you will support your Team by example through your passion and commitment to the role.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
- Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers
- Work smartly to maximise the opportunities to make sales between home and field selling
- Achieve and exceed agreed sale targets
- Develop a detailed understanding and tightly manage your customer pipeline
- Generate referrals daily that secure a face-to-face presentation to a decision-maker
- Daily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
- Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
- Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer
- Maintain knowledge of all new and existing products and services from competitors
- Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
- Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner
- Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and Vodafone
- Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Required Experience:
- Experience in a field sales role, in the Business and/or Utilities sector
- Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
- Suitable home working environment including high quality, reliable broadband
- F2F sales experience within the Telecoms market is desirable
- Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
- Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain the pipeline
- Experience with using a CRM tool
