People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM Operations team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.
The main focus of this role is to provide oversight of the running of the Head Office
Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate CPM Irelands delivery of Group compliance actions with reference to GDPR, Security and IT activities.
- Manage the upkeep of the office and associated Facilities within CPMs Head Office location including manging key relationships with Lease Agents, Service Providers and utilities services.
- Managing and coordinating the delivery of consumables – stationary, key equipment and daily post
- Facilitate key Governance and Control meetings, ensuring alignment to agenda, and driving ownership for outcomes and actions.
- Coordinate office events as required
- Supporting in-house initiatives such as the People Team, the Social Team and any other
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an busy administrative role
- Previous experience coordinating internal audits using the One Trust platform
- Excellent IT skills – Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc
- The ability to work autonomously and adapt as required
