Ultimately responsible for all reporting systems utilised by Diageo programs. This includes administration and development of current systems as well as investigation and needs analysis of new system requirements. This role is the key interface between system, program and client. Ultimately Responsible for the achievement of the program system reporting outputs and ensuring all field activities are performed in line with system capabilities.

 

The role of the Business Analyst is also to gather, document and analyse business feedback and insights to support data analysis and recommendation setting across all field programs. In addition, this role will be required to develop accurate and complete reporting outputs to support client needs. General involvement in activities to improve the overall program performance is also expected as required, with regular Diageo stakeholder engagement required in St James Gate. As a Business Analyst this person is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to enhance the environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver reporting solutions within budget as approved by the client and manage financial reports and transactions
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the all program reporting platforms to deliver optimum client solutions
  • Develop solutions to effectively address the clients’ needs and identify opportunities and initiatives to add value to clients business
  • Pro-actively deal with reporting issues to ensure overall campaign success
  • Delivering against the program objectives, and measurement.
  • Quality of communications with the client, including regular WIP, system updates and KPI meetings and reporting as required
  • Concise reporting and quality check of all work for accuracy before submission
  • 100% accuracy in all information presented including performance reports and measurement

Essential:

  • Documents and analyses required information and data.
  • Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
  • Understands how various issues affect each other and the outcome of projects
  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerBi Skills
  • Project management and implementation experience
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
