We here at CPM, are currently hiring an B2B Sales Specialist on behalf of one of our largest client’s, Vodafone.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager and will be working from our CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin.
The role will involve the delivery of sales targets through acquisition of new customers for Vodafone SME and generating leads and closing sales in the SME Telecoms sector.
Package:
- Basic Salary – €28,000 – €30,000
- Bonus – €10,000 OTE salary uncapped
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
- Manage a defined customer base, selling remotely to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers
- Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets
- Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipeline
- Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects
- Detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levels
- Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
- Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer
Functional Responsibilities:
- Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
- Proactively research new and existing products and services from competitors on an on-going basis
- Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner
- Daily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
- Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to Vodafone
- Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
- Experience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the Business and/or Telecoms sector
- Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment
- Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Agility to multi-task, specifically updating systems such as CRM/planner/Customer Application Forms in real-time whilst on calls with prospects so as to maximise talk time

Desirable:
- Inside sales experience within the Telecoms market
- Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
- Awareness of the Irish business arena at local and national levels to maintain pipeline
Experience with a CRM tool

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
- Ability to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual Customers
- Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client
Role KPI’s and Measures of Success:
- 100% sales calls and sales volume target achievement weekly and monthly
- 100% accuracy of data capture and sales entry submission
- 0 upheld customer complaints monthly
- On time reporting of activity, sales, leads and pipeline as required
- Identify and communicate one new or improved way of working each quarter which will add value to the client and/or improve CPM ways of working
