Wisetek has a requirement for a Inventory Controller.

 

General Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage weekly and medium-term plans
  • Manage priorities and communicate will all associated departments
  • Ensure inventory KPIs are published and kept within target
  • Work with teams to ensure improvements are implemented based on lean principles and data analysis
  • Work closely with sales and manufacturing/production to be able to respond swiftly regarding issues with projects
  • Prioritize shipments and communicate with clear visibility to all stakeholders/regions
  • Has awareness and actively works to ensure compliance with restrictions and regulations within the chain of distribution.
  • Continuously share best practices within the team
  • Actively participate and making prioritized information available in regional planning meetings
  • Project member or project leader in identified projects
  • Actively works to identify and in a collaborative manner drive activity for further proactive work and ways to improve processes for the team and customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Business related discipline desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Supply Planning or Purchasing Functions
  • Good knowledge of MRP necessary
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience or similar desirable
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others
  • Proactively contributes to the team
  • Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
