We have an exciting new role within a well-known Irish brand that is expanding its online training capabilities and delivering best in class training courses across Ireland. You will drive change and innovation across their systems and develop solutions that improve their services and products.


The Senior Operations and Systems Solutions Lead will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will play a key role in driving business improvement and product development.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and support the systems that deliver the businesses training programmes
  • Recommend continuous business and process improvements in an environment with changing priorities and demands
  • Oversee all operations and logistics in relation to training delivered both online and in the classroom
  • Conduct systems and process audit, providing insights into where and how they can be improved
  • Oversee the management and further development of the Quality Assurance System (QAS) in relation to online programmes
  • Drive product and service improvements across all the training systems
  • Project manage service, process and structure improvements in collaboration with the Management Team to support the ongoing growth drive and business improvement
  • Manage and make improvements to the new operational and booking system
  • Play a leading role in the development of online programme provision



  • 5 yrs experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in systems and process management
  • Experience in identifying and driving business improvements
  • People management experience
  • Experience in working across teams to implement change
  • Knowledge of training and education sector would be beneficial
  • Experience in using Course Co or a similar training management system would be beneficial
