Logic 360 is seeking for an Experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who would like to join a Fantastic 4 Star Hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre!

Main Purpose of the Job:  To contribute and manage the implementation of the Annual Sales Plan for the Hotel. Responsible for targeting and coordinating the Sales activity in order to maximise on the opportunities that exist in all the markets.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Seeking out and helping to secure new Corporate Accommodation and Meetings business
  • Managing own portfolio of accounts in Corporate, MICE and Leisure segments in local and regional markets
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring annual sales plans for the hotel
  • Managing all aspects of proactive sales activities, ensuring sales resources are used to maximize revenue channels
  • Assisting in budget planning process
  • Meeting, liaising and visiting local corporates, submitting RFP’s and maintaining existing relationships and growing our corporate list is a primary focus of the role. Experience in dealing with and loading RFP’s is essential.
  • Some travel involved ( trade shows)
  • Working closely with the Revenue Manager and General Manager the candidate will strive to optimise Revpar as well as net rates at the hotel, ensuring a good mix of market segments.

Salary: DOE   EUR per annum.
