Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead membership sales efforts through phone calling, emailing, open house events.
  • Serve as the key person that provides tours of the facilities and constant follow-up with prospective members.
  • Ensure Raw sales are delivered in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Responsible for the administration of membership paperwork.
  • Serve as the main contact for businesses to generate membership sales
  • Responsible for Corporate events and open days to generate leads and membership sales.

Selection Criteria 

Candidates should be/able:

1. Confident and professional when dealing with customers.

2. Confident and professional in dealing with queries from members and staff in person, on the phone and by email.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. An ability to drive sales.

5. Target driven.

6. Present at corporate events

7. An ability to work alongside an energetic team.
