We have an exciting Performance Marketing Data Analyst role with one of the fastest growing e-commerce brands in Ireland. The person will be joining a culturally diverse team which has its H.Q in Dublin with further offices throughout Europe and the wider world.

As the Performance Marketing Data Analyst, you will own the analytics of digital marketing channels and deliver insights to improve performance and drive commercial decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of performance marketing channels analysis.
  • Analyse and provide insight and recommendations to drive business projects.
  • Drive profitable hypergrowth through data.
  • Understand and analyse performance marketing channels and the behaviour they have on each device to create data driven recommendations.
  • Maximize campaigns by providing analysis on the performance of all marketing activity.
  • Create reports displaying useful commercial information, making recommendations through both written and verbal reports/presentation.
  • Manage all marketing tagging and pixel requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally to create smoke tests to ensure when data looks off, we can send an alert.
  • Handle all marketing analytical queries from both the digital team and wider business stakeholders.

 

Key Experience:

  • Experienced; with demonstrable knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
  • Commercially minded with experience in interpreting data into insights.
  • A good understanding of commercial decision making.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Collaborative; able to work as part of a team.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly knowledgeable, with both a broad understanding of all Performance Marketing channels, SEM, Affiliates, SEO, Display and Paid Social.
  • Experienced in strategic marketing and consumer facing ecommerce.
  • Advanced in data manipulation skills using Excel and similar tools, as well as experienced in writing tag specs.
  • Experience in marketing measurement for native apps.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Applied statistics skills such as distributions and statistical testing etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish (No es un requisito imprescindible, pero si lo hablas, ¡aún mejor!)
