Key roles

As a Loans Processor you will be required to support the team by taking responsibility for performing loan administration duties for our Global Branches.

Specific responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Credit Admin function
  • Lead scheduled Branch Calls
  • Daily report checks
  • Process drawdown/repayments for clients
  • Ensuring adequate notice is given for required funding
  • Dealing with Finance and General queries on loan processing
  • Receipt of reconciliation and clearance of any outstanding items
  • Processing of income receipts
  • Qualifications/skills
  • Business/Banking or accounting related education or equivalent professional qualification is desirable


  • 3 – 5 years work experience demonstrating transferable skills relating to role competencies
  • Working knowledge of administrative processes
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to achieve targets and report on progress regularly
  • Adherence to company policy and regulatory requirements
