Job Description


The post holder will be responsible for looking after the stores area of the Branch, unloading deliveries and putting into stock, updating paperwork and the system to accurately record stock, whilst also maintaining a good standard of housekeeping of the stores area.



Unloading deliveries and putting into stock
Booking in stock on CORE ERP system, reporting any damages in timely fashion and organising return to Central Warehouse when required.
Understand customer’s expectations and needs
Keep customers updated on orders and deliveries
Monitor customer orders and deliveries
Dealing with our Trade Customers
Resolve order and delivery issues, and take responsibility
Adhere to Company policies and procedures
Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

Person Specification

The following criteria will be used in the selection process.  Only those applicants who meet the essential criteria will be shortlisted for interview.  The Company reserves the right to initially shortlist those candidates who meet both essential and desirable criteria.



Experience of working in a stores/ warehouse area in a customer focused environment
Proficient PC user
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic & innovative Approach to Work

Experience in the Tile & Sanitary Ware industry
Hold a current forklift license
CORE ERP system experience
