Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced Social Media and Audio-Visual Developer to join our communications team located in the Ericsson offices in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media marketing plan; including planning, strategy and goal setting.
Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing).
Content management (including website) – A crucial component is communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract new visitors to the site.
Development of our Ericsson Ireland Employer brand awareness and online reputation.
Professional production of audio/video materials with tight timeframes within Ericsson branding guidelines.
Build and develop content for both internal, B2B & external facing audience including web streaming, tutorial, documentary, commercial and promotional formats.
Key Qualifications
The individual will need to demonstrate an ability to produce high-quality material to short deadlines, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills, and an aptitude for working with teams.

Additional Requirements
The following skills and experiences are desirable for the successful applicant

2+ years of experience plus relevant BA Degree/diploma (or equivalent practical background).
Experience of integrating marketing channels (social media, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing).
Display and ability to deliver projects in a quick turn-around time.
Ability to optimally and clearly communicate ideas and specify requirements.
Ability to work alone as well as lead a media team, to recruit and collaborate with outside vendors.
Show innovation by looking for projects within the company.
Solid understanding of audio recording equipment and techniques.
Proficient on Adobe CC programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Soundbooth)
Experience on Capture1, DaVinci Resolve and Blackmagic Live Stream technology a plus.
