Job Description
Logic360 Ireland is seeking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to provide excellent quality food and customer service for the early morning to mid-afternoon shifts for a well-known 4 Star Hotel based in County Kildare.
Permanent position-available immediately!
Duties:
- Working alongside an established and professional Kitchen Team
- Design and implement breakfast menu according to company standards
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are adhered to
- Ensure dishes are prepared timeously and of high quality,
Shifts / Hours:
- Business operates Monday – Sunday (early mornings to mid-afternoon)
- Shifts – 05:00am – 14:00pm Fulltime working hours
- Full Time hours available over a 5-day working week – must be available to work weekends!
Skills / Experience required:
- Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a busy environment
- Have excellent HACCP and Hygiene awareness
- Confident working on your own initiative and be a team player,
Qualifications / Documentations required:
- Chef qualification – minimum 2-year training
- Must have a Food Hygiene certificate,
Pay Rate / Benefits:
- up to 31 000 EUR per annum
