Wayfair currently employs 200 people in Ireland, and the announcement is a major expansion of their Irish operations. Liz Graham, vice-president of sales and services, said that increasing their Galway base was necessary to keep pace with the company’s growing business.
“Our existing Galway team has been instrumental in providing Wayfair customers with an outstanding shopping experience. We are delighted to expand that team with more top-notch professionals in the area as we scale our operations to keep pace with rapid growth of our business,” she said.
The company is looking to fill a variety of roles including positions in customer service, inbound sales, business account management, finance, supplier operations, business analysts, recruitment, training and IT services.
